Service Description
Focused 90-minute one-on-one Bilingual Learning coaching tailored to the learner’s coursework, professional needs, goals, and learning environment. Build subject mastery and bilingual proficiency by connecting the same underlying knowledge across French and English terminology, representations, explanations, and conventions, with step-by-step guidance toward independent study, problem-solving, and communication.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours are treated as late cancellations. For individually purchased sessions, 50% of the session value is charged. For prepaid plan sessions, 50% of the session value is forfeited and the remaining 50% is retained as a client credit. No-shows are subject to the full session value. For scheduling assistance, including changes to session duration, please contact Braveheart. Custom-duration appointments are available with Braveheart assistance, subject to availability and applicable booking policies.
